Moshoeka.com
A custom-built WordPress platform designed to document and showcase footwear brands through scalable architecture and seamless browsing.

The Challenge
Moshoeka was envisioned as a global digital archive documenting shoe designers and footwear brands. The goal was not to build another eCommerce store, but a structured, scalable visual database that could grow continuously.
However, the challenge was significant:
The platform needed to behave like a database , not a blog.
The Approach
Instead of using a standard product setup, I designed a custom content architecture tailored specifically for footwear documentation.
The strategy focused on three pillars:
Structured Content System
Built a dedicated Custom Post Type for shoes, with advanced custom fields for:
This ensured the platform was data-driven and future-proof.
Scalable Gallery Experience
Created a custom archive layout with infinite scroll functionality, allowing users to browse seamlessly without pagination.
Each shoe entry connects to a dedicated single page with structured details and external purchase links.
Automated Content Expansion
Implemented a spreadsheet-based bulk import system to allow rapid growth of the archive without manual entry.
The Outcome
The result is a scalable WordPress platform that:
Moshoeka now operates as a living footwear documentation platform, not just a website.
What I Delivered
What This Project Demonstrates
"Great experience. There were not many developers who could solve a technical customization on my WordPress website, but Mr. Ismail did a great job and delivered the solution that I was looking for. I also appreciate that he understood my ideas in spite of my limited technical ability to express them. I look forward to keep working with him to develop other pages for my site as well. "
